Case of Anterior Trauma Management

15 year old female had an accidental fall causing complete avulsion of 12 11 21

Extraoral diagnosis- Straight profile and nasolabial angle, competent lips

Intraoral diagnosis- missing 12 11 21, over retained 53 63 73 83, anterior open bite,

high buccally placed canines with spacing in upper arch and crowding in lower

arch,Class l molar relation on both sides

Treatment plan

• Endodontic treatment of symptomatic teeth

• Extraction of over retained deciduous teeth

• Bonding with ceramic braces and use of riding pontics for missing 12 11 21

• Replacement of missing teeth with a bridge since patient refused implants

• Retension
